Long press the child lock button for 3 seconds: While the device is powered on, hold down the button for 3 seconds to activate the child lock (child lock icon).
The light turns on; pressing other buttons at this moment produces no response while the child lock flashes. Press and hold for 3 seconds to retrieve.
