For GM vehicles equipped with a 315 or 433 MHz Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) system, a "Sensor Re-Learn Procedure" must be performed after tire rotations, Remote Control Door Lock Receiver Module replacement, or Tire Pressure Sensor replacement. This re-learn procedure can be performed using the EL-50448 tool. Also compatible with select 2014 GM models.

Step 1 – Enter Learn Mode - Set gearshift lever to “P” - Turn ignition switch to “ON” - Access tire pressure display via Driver Information Center (DIC) - DIC displays “Press Set / Ctrl to re-learn” - Press “Set / Ctrl” - Turn signal lights for 3 seconds and horn beeps twice to confirm entry into Learn Mode

Step 2 – Read Tire Pressure Sensor Information - Begin with front-left wheel - Position the EL-50448 antenna near the valve core, close to the tire sidewall - Activate the tool using the start switch - A single horn beep confirms successful sensor reading

Step 3 – Repeat for Remaining Wheels - Follow the same process for front-right, rear-right, and rear-left wheels - Upon completion, turn signals light for 3 seconds and horn beeps twice
