The Yihua 948 desoldering station adjusts the set temperature in real time thanks to a precise PID controller, ensuring high temperature stability, even with large heat fluctuations.The station's power supply is based on a transformer with well-insulated heating elements, ensuring high reliability and operational safety.

The device has the following features:Operation in C/F mode. Temperature units can be set on the display.

Sleep function: The portafilter takes a long time to heat up, and each heating and cooling cycle would be time-consuming. Therefore, a sleep function has been added to the station. Thanks to this, when the portafilter (not included) is placed on the stand, it will enter sleep mode after a pre-set time (60 seconds to up to 99 minutes), and the temperature will drop to 200 degrees Celsius. When you raise the iron again, it will take significantly less time to heat it up to the previous temperature. This reduces power consumption and reduces tip wear. This function can be disabled by setting the time to 0. Automatic shutdown function: The soldering station enters sleep mode to save energy. If it is not woken up, it can automatically shut off. Time setting range: 1 to 99 minutes in 1-minute increments.

Temperature compensation function: There are different types of soldering tips; some are long and thin, others short and thick, which leads to different thermal conductivity of these tips, and therefore different temperatures at their tips. This is where the temperature compensation function comes in handy, allowing you to correct excess or undertemperature within a range of +/- 50 degrees.
