Nousaku Zodiac Sake Cup - Dragon (approx. 60cc) [100% Tin] 600083

This sake cup is made of 100% tin and features the animals of the Chinese zodiac on the base. It's a collaboration with Garan-do, a local craft shop in Takaoka City with over 100 years of history. The twelve zodiac motifs are fitting for tinware, which has been cherished for its auspicious properties due to its resistance to rust and decay. Collecting all 12 types or giving the animal of the birth year as a gift is highly recommended. Tin has been used since ancient times for sake and tea utensils, with beliefs such as "water in a tin vessel never spoils" and "it removes impurities from sake, making it smoother."
