FEATUR

Duplex LCD for easier viewing of the azimuth display

Uses a two-layer liquid crystal that graphically displays direction on the upper liquid crystal and displays time and measured values in a large size on the lower liquid crystal. By adopting a thinner LCD, it is possible to create a two-layer structure while reducing thickness.

Biomass plastic for nature-friendly manufacturing

The rotating bezel, case, back cover, and soft urethane band are made of “biomass plastic,” an eco-friendly material that is kind to nature. By using renewable organic resources such as castor bean (castor oil) and corn as raw materials, we contribute to reducing environmental impact. It is a material suitable for outdoor tools, and consideration for the natural environment has been shaped.

Direct buttons with high operability

You can measure direction, air pressure/temperature, and altitude with just one push. The large buttons have been treated to prevent slipping so that they can be used comfortably even while wearing gloves. Also, the shape of the side of the case has been slimmed down by improving the sensor position. The ease of pressing buttons has also been enhanced.

rotating bezel & movable lug construction The bezel is equipped with a rotation mechanism that can be used as a simple orientation memory. In addition, it uses a movable lug structure that can be placed flat on the band. It is easy to use in combination with a paper map, and is useful for confirming the current location and target direction.
