White Sage Smudge Stick With Peppermint 10cm

Bound in pale cord, this white sage smudge stick brings a quiet, ritual presence to a shelf, altar space or evening reset. The dried bundle shows silvery leaves, woody brown stems and a cool peppermint edge, made for moments when you want scent, smoke and a clear pause in the day.

What you are holding

Pale grey-green sage leaves sit against darker, twiggy stems, giving the bundle a beautifully earthy contrast.

The white wrapping holds the botanicals close, so it feels simple, natural and intentionally made for ritual use.

Unlit, the scent reads herbal and dry, with peppermint bringing a clean, bright lift.

It suits smoke-cleansing rituals, meditation spaces, yoga corners, or a small mindful moment before journalling.

The form is rustic rather than polished, so small differences in leaf, stem and wrap are part of its character.

The scent of sage and peppermint

Sage has a dry, earthy character with a resinous herbal depth. Peppermint gives the bundle a fresher, cooler line, so the scent feels more lifted than plain sage alone.

Once lit and blown out, the bundle is used for its fragrant smoke rather than a steady flame. Let it smoulder gently over a heat-proof bowl, then move slowly and with attention.

How to light and finish safely

Light the tip, allow it to catch briefly, then blow out the flame so the herbs smoulder. Hold it over a heat-proof bowl or shell, keeping the ember away from fabric, hair and loose objects.

To finish, press the lit end into sand or ash until there is no glow left. Avoid putting it out with water if you plan to relight it later, as moisture makes the bundle harder to use again.
