Among the Four Heavenly Kings statues, this figure of Tamonten, positioned to the north (left rear) from the perspective of the main deity, is rendered in a three-dimensional form approximately 160mm tall, offering a perfect balance of presence and intricate detail when held in the hand.
This item beautifully captures the serene atmosphere of the actual Tamonten statue, with its gesture and expression conveying a sense of something even more sacred, as the figure holds the treasure pagoda high, slightly opens its mouth, and gazes towards the heavens.
In addition to the three-pronged spear held in the right hand, the roughly shaped base, and the treasure pagoda said to bring abundance, all essential elements of Tamonten are meticulously crafted. The figure also features intricate details such as the subtle contours of the armor's surface, the different shapes of the waist armor on the left and right sides, and the sculpted textures of cloth, leather, and skin.
To prevent the details and distinctive curves of each part from being lost due to the injection molding process, the parts have been skillfully divided to prioritize the beauty of the finished product. In particular, fine details such as the ears and shoulder pads of the armor are sculpted with high precision, faithfully reproducing the intricate details of the original model in this plastic model kit.
By minimizing the number of parts, the figure of Tamonten can be assembled with a simple process. This item allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful curves, meticulous craftsmanship, and the presence befitting a war god.
