This "Team Land Cruiser Toyota Auto Body Collaboration Model" is a collaboration between Toyota Auto Body, a company that continues to compete in the Dakar Rally, known as the world's most grueling rally, and G-SHOCK, a company that continues to evolve in pursuit of toughness. The design is based on the "MUDMAN (GW-9500)," which boasts a dust- and mud-resistant construction, a dual-layer LCD screen, and a downsized carbon core guard structure. Inspired by a vehicle's powerful performance in the desert, the sand-colored band features a black all-over print of a tireless tire rut design. For the first time, the GW-9500 features stainless steel bezel parts. A black IP coating creates a bold design, evoking a powerful and luxurious feel. The large dual-layer LCD compass function assists with emergency navigation, while the radio wave reception function provides accurate timekeeping, providing immediate support for the team as they compete in the harshest conditions. The team colors of blue, white, and red are used as accent colors, and the team logo is featured on the band and case back. The team logo also appears when the lights are turned on, adding to the special features unique to this collaboration model.
