When measuring, apply external force correctly to the outer edge. The strain beam part of the E-shaped sensor (i.e. the beam arm with white adhesive and strain gauges attached in the middle) and the outer edge should form a shear force in the opposite direction, that is, the strain beam in the middle must be able to bend under force, and there should be no obstacles on the other side of the stress surface of the strain beam.
This sensor is a group of half bridge strain gauge, using the method can have the following three:
1. Using a sensor with the external resistance to form a full bridge measurement, the range of a sensor range: 50kg. External resistance requirements are higher.
2. The use of two sensors to form a full bridge measurement, measuring the range of two sensors: 50kg * 2=100kg
3. The use of four sensors to form a full bridge measurement, measuring range of four sensors and the range: 50kg * 4 =200kg
