2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Sangi Railway is a railway company in Mie Prefecture that operates two railway lines, the Sangi Line and the Hokusei Line, as well as bus services. The Sangi Line, one of the railway lines that has been around since its opening, was built primarily to transport limestone and cement mined at Mt. Fujiwara in the northern Suzuka Mountains, and began commercial operation in 1931. Since 2006, it has become the only private railway line in Japan to transport cement using freight cars.On the other hand, there has been constant demand for passenger transportation since the line opened as a valuable means of transportation for residents living along the line, and since the opening of the Kintetsu connecting line in 1970, convenience has greatly improved, and the line is used by a wide range of people, including not only commuters but also tourists and vacationers. The Sangi Railway ED5081 type is a former Tobu Railway ED5080 type, and was active on Tobu Railway until the end of freight train service on the main line system. After that, two cars, ED5081 and ED5082, were transferred to Sangi Railway, and since June 2015, they have been mainly used as traction machines for freight trains between Tomita and Higashi-Fujiwara.By using the separately sold power unit and N scale running parts, it can be run as an N scale railway model. We recommend the power unit TM-ED01 (for Iron Collection electric locomotives), the running parts set TT-05, and the pantograph PG16 [0238].*Display pedestal is not included.*The illustration is an image.Product specifications are subject to change without notice.Due to scale, some parts may differ from the actual vehicle.Thank you for your understanding.*The railway model is a system that supplies power from the rails. It does not use batteries even when running, emitting light, or lighting up.*This product does not include batteries.*This product does not use fuel.*This product does not include fuel.*This product does not include paint.
