[Newly developed double layer diaphragm] Dark Sky uses a newly developed 10.2mm double layer dynamic driver. Two types of diaphragms with different characteristics are arranged in a double layer structure: a diaphragm made of fiber material and a diaphragm coated with D.L.C. The diaphragm made of fiber material has a very good response, achieving tight low frequencies with a quick rise and mellow vocals. The D.L.C coated diaphragm has good extension in the high frequency range, improved expressiveness of details, and improved sound field width and resolution. This achieves low frequency clarity and an open sound stage. [Triple Build-in Acoustic Chamber Structure (T.B.A.C)] The structure of the earphone housing, which is the key to driver tuning, has been carefully calculated, like the enclosure of a speaker. The robust aluminum alloy earphone housing is equipped with three acoustic chambers (air chambers) that are responsible for driver tuning. The two acoustic chambers optimize the housing volume and control the airflow within the earphone housing, bringing out the potential of the dynamic driver installed. The dynamic driver, whose operation is exquisitely controlled, increases the reproducibility from low to high frequencies and produces wonderful sound. The last acoustic chamber is used as a sound tube, and by controlling the air pressure applied to the eardrum and driver, it improves the resolution of the bass range. [Dedicated cable "S.S.S." that matches the color of the case] Dark Sky comes with a dedicated cable "S.S.S." that matches the color of the case. Three types of conductors are used: silver alloy, German-made pure silver, and gold-plated silver alloy. We selected high-quality solder to match Dark Sky's Hifi sound. Each part is CNC machined to create a seamless and beautiful appearance. The cable jacket is made of soft PVC. The material is easy to handle and does not get tangled. The plug uses 2.5mm. By using the included conversion connector, it also supports output in 3.5mm and 4.4mm. [Improved proprietary ear tips "FA Premium+ EarTips"] Comes with ear tips "FA Premium+" that are an improved version of the proprietary ear tips "FA Vocal" and "FA Instrument." The newly adopted silicone material is highly flexible and reduces sound reflection within the ear tips compared to conventional ear tips, resulting in more accurate sound. The improved softness also reduces the burden on the ears and greatly improves listening comfort. "FA Vocal+" expresses the vocal line more clearly, and "FA Instrument+" focuses on the sound of the instrument and reproduces the tight low range and vivid sound of the instrument. Dark Sky's sound design concept had the sole goal of creating a sound that was far better than Major. Major, released in 2017, has the goal of ``creating the best sound with a single dynamic driver'' and has been hailed as a masterpiece around the world. However, the diaphragm coating technology at the time was not sufficient to achieve 100% of the sound we wanted, and although the Major was a milestone, we were not satisfied with the sound performance. Dark Sky continues in the tradition of dynamic drivers, but with more openness, higher resolution detail, lower frequency clarity, and a larger soundstage. Dark Sky marks the beginning of a new generation, expressing FAudio's new challenges, and will bring a new musical experience that will change the image of dynamic drivers.
