If you consume protein regularly, here's what you need to know: 100% whey protein is not the answer to building lean muscle as some people may believe. Nature is the answer. Studies have shown that the combination of whey and casein proteins, which are naturally found in milk proteins, work synergistically to build lean muscle. Additionally, the combination of whey and casein proteins sustainably elevates plasma leucine levels and increases protein retention. It has been shown to rapidly increase synthesis. It is important to consume whey protein and casein protein together. To achieve this, we formulated Select Protein with milk protein isolate, the first ingredient in our formula, which naturally consists of both casein and whey protein. This combination works in ways that 100% whey protein alone cannot. SELECT PROTEIN™ is scientifically formulated using a combination of the highest quality milk protein isolate and 80% whey protein concentrate.
Product Directions: Mix 1 scoop of SELECT PROTEIN with up to 8 oz of cold water. You can adjust the amount of water to suit your preference. To increase protein per serving or for a more intense flavor, mix with fat-free or low-fat milk or milk substitute. Meet your recommended daily protein intake by eating a combination of high-protein foods and protein supplements.
