Coffee Drip Filter HARIO Wood Neck Nel Drip for 1-2 People DFN-1

This HARIO Nel Drip Filter Wood Neck (model DFN-1) is designed as a replacement strainer for the 1 to 2 cup Woodneck drip pot series. It uses a traditional cloth (flannel) filter to carefully and richly bring out the deep, complex flavors of coffee, delivering a mellowness and depth of body that paper filters cannot achieve.

[Key features] Traditional cloth filter brewing Nel drip brewing slowly filters coffee grounds through a cotton cloth, allowing a moderate amount of coffee oils to remain in the brew. This results in a well-balanced cup with smooth acidity, bitterness, sweetness, and body, especially suited for medium to dark roast beans. Durability and ease of use

The cloth filter section is replaceable for long-term use. The wooden grip is made from natural acacia wood, offering a warm and aesthetically pleasing design that fits comfortably in the hand, enhancing the daily coffee brewing ritual. Flavor stability and texture

The reusable cloth filter allows the flavor profile to stabilize over time, enabling consistent extraction and the development of a preferred brewing style. It captures fine coffee particles while avoiding excessive filtration, preserving the unique texture of nel drip coffee.
