BODUM COLUMBIA Columbia Double Wall French Press Coffee Maker 350ml Silver [Genuine Product] 1303-16

・Product Description・

・The Columbia series features high functionality and a stately design. The stainless steel body has a double-layer construction that prevents the release of heat, making it ideal for home or office use. Simply match the amount of hot water and coffee beans, wait 4 minutes, and you can easily reproduce professional brewing at home. The handle is large and easy to grip, and the body is dishwasher-safe. It can also be used as a teapot for brewing tea. (Please refrain from using it as a teapot for brewing tea, as it may retain the flavor of the tea.)

・The stainless steel mesh filter extracts the flavor and aroma of the coffee bean and the oil from the bean (coffee oil).

・As long as the amount of hot water and beans are matched, professional extraction can be reproduced at home. No paper filters or coffee capsules are needed, making it environmentally friendly. This is the most suitable extraction method for tasting “truly delicious coffee” called specialty coffee, which boasts the highest quality beans and has a distinctive aroma and flavor.

・How to use・

1 Place the coarsely ground beans into the French press. The standard amount of beans is 7 g per cup (120 cc).

2 Pour the boiled water (90℃~96℃) with fresh water over it.

3 Mix gently with a muddler or similar tool, place the lid on, and brew slowly for 4 minutes.

4 After 4 minutes, press down the plunger and it is ready to serve. You will get a richly flavored coffee with all the flavor of the coffee beans sealed in.
