Usage: Best for: Greens, Rehydration, Protein. Pre-workout. Remove the lid and straw. Add water, supplements, and BlenderBall to the cup. Replace the lid and shake. Open the blender to drink. Alternatively, add the straw and sip. Wash before use. The lid is dishwasher safe on the top rack. We recommend handwashing the cup to preserve the finish.
