This fan disc is based on the Hakuoki romance adventure game for women, set in Kyoto during the late Edo period. It depicts the interactions between a young woman searching for her missing father and the Shinsengumi, a group of assassins. This software includes numerous episodes not mentioned in the main game, as well as exclusive scenarios for the Shinsengumi members. It includes not only the characters you can pursue, but also the stories of important characters like Nagakura, Kondo, Yamanami, and Yamazaki. In the "Essays" section, new episodes are added each time you complete a scenario, unfolding a dramatic love story with the Shinsengumi members. Meanwhile, in the "Ouka Fantasy" section, you can enjoy bonus images and mini-events based on the number of "Sakura Petals" you collect. Of course, the characters are fully voiced by a stellar cast of voice actors, just like in the main game.
