[Story]
Kenno (Soichiro Kitamura), boss of the Sanno-kai, a massive organized crime group that controls the entire Kanto region, criticizes his junior boss, Kato (Tomokazu Miura), about Ikemoto (Jun Kunimura), boss of the Ikemoto-gumi, a direct affiliate of his gang. Then, when Ikemoto receives an order from Kato to crack down on the Murase-gumi, which is not a direct descendant of his, he entrusts the troublesome job to his subordinate, Otomo (Beat Takeshi), the boss of the Otomo-gumi. Thus begins a fierce power struggle with the survival of the yakuza world at stake.
