Product Introduction
The second installment of the "Studio Ghibli Vignette Collection," a plastic model kit created in collaboration with Kaiyodo, the largest figure production company, features Fio Piccolo, one of the heroines from the film "Porco Rosso."
This figure is based on the scene in the film where Fio Piccolo sleepily stretches out in front of the drawing board after staying up all night designing Porco's flying boat.
It's reminiscent of the scene where Porco later warns her, "Don't stay up all night. Lack of sleep is the enemy of good work. And it's not good for your beauty, either." To which she cheerfully replies, "Hehe, I'll do that."
Enjoy this assembled model, which was created by digitizing the handmade prototype data and then machining it into a mold.
