The Hook Remover series of hook releasers uses a "3-point support" design to quickly and safely remove a hook that's caught on a fish.
The gripping action of the pliers only makes contact with the hook at two points, so with a round hook, no matter how tightly you grip it, depending on the angle used, the hook may slip, or the hook shaft or assist part may be scratched or damaged.
The Hook Remover's 3-point support ensures a secure hold on the hook with little force.
The recommended hook sizes are listed as [S], [M], or [L], so you can choose the size that best suits your needs.
Two hook removal systems are available: [Turn Mode (T)] and [Hold Mode (H)]. The model (TH) equipped with both features allows for easy operation with a dial on the tip.
○ [Turn Mode (T)]: Recommended for when a single hook is caught outside the fish's mouth. Pulling the trigger rotates the hook grasped by the remover hook, releasing it for easy removal. ○ [Hold Mode (H)]: Recommended for removing treble hooks at the back of the fish's mouth when the lure has been swallowed. Simply pull the trigger and remove the firmly grasped hook with a push, pull, and twist motion.
