[Oval Hot Plate]
This oval hot plate can be used for a wide range of dishes, from gratin and stir-fry to steamed dishes and stewing.
Made of enamel, it has high thermal conductivity, allowing food to cook evenly and locking in the flavor. It can be used on a direct flame, induction (100V/200V), or in an oven. The inside is enameled to prevent food from burning.
It has excellent heat retention, so you can serve it straight away, and it instantly adds a stylish touch to your table. It's a convenient and easy-to-use item.
<Specifications>
Compatible with direct flame, induction (100v, 200v), halogen heater, ceramic heater, oven, and dishwasher.
*Cannot be used in a microwave.
*Since Staub products are handmade, color unevenness, air bubbles, and small protrusions may be visible.
There may also be traces of paint peeling on the underside of the lid, but these are caused during the manufacturing process and are not a defect, so please use it with confidence.
<Care Instructions>
Before using for the first time, please perform the following maintenance.
1. First, wash it with hot water.
2. Then dry it over low heat and apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the inside of the pot.
3. Heat again over low heat for a few minutes and then wipe off excess oil with a cloth or paper towel.
The oil seeps into the pores of the enamel, naturally smoothing the surface.
Also, if you perform this maintenance from time to time, you can use it for a longer period of time.
<Handling>
*Be sure to remove all labels and wash before use.
