Flare sizes: 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" (Note: 9mm nominal tubing cannot be flared!)
Weight: approx. 1.6kg
Flare angle: Approximately 45° flare
Pipe type: soft copper pipe type 1 and type 2, aluminum pipe. Maximum pipe thickness: 0.9 mm (0.035”)
[Electric & Ratchet] Both the upper flare processing section and the side clamp section are compatible with power tools (6.35 mm hex shafts). Switching between manual and electric modes is easy, greatly improving work efficiency. The ratchet mechanism prevents the tool from returning even when you release the force, allowing for secure tightening with little force. Even in places where it is difficult to turn the handle widely, processing can be done by simply moving it little by little.
[Compatible with 6 sizes, no need to switch tools] Compatible with 6 different copper pipe sizes: 3/4, 5/8, 1/2, 3/8, 5/16, and 1/4 inch. Eliminates the hassle of switching tools on-site, ensuring work speed.
[Processing completion confirmation/overload prevention mechanism] You can confirm when processing is complete by hearing a "click" sound and feeling the resistance. This prevents crushing or damage caused by over-processing, making it safe for even beginners to use.
[Highly airtight finish prevents refrigerant leaks] The copper pipe end surfaces are uniformly and smoothly processed to minimize gaps at the connection points, reducing the risk of refrigerant leaks even in environments with high pressure and vibration.
【Sliding Positioning Design】The positioning holes and pins allow you to adjust the tool position, keeping the copper pipe in the correct position for uniform flaring.
Note: Small flared copper tubes, which were test processed during factory inspection, may remain in each clip hole. This is not a defect, but a test residue from manufacturing. Please note that the applicable tubes are copper, aluminum, and other soft metals. Please check the material of the applicable tube. Only soft copper tubes, types 1 and 2, and aluminum tubes can be used. Also, check the outer diameter (inches or millimeters) of the applicable tube.
This is a flare tool compatible with R410A (new standard).
We can perform copper pipe flaring for both conventional and new refrigerants.
Once the flaring is complete, the clutch will activate, allowing the handle to spin freely and preventing any unnecessary load from being applied.
Compatible with annealed copper pipe 3/4" (wall thickness 1.2 mm)
Fits sizes (approx.): 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" (5 holes)
