While the Mini-Z Cup regulations previously limited the motor's KV value (rpm/voltage), starting in 2025, the new regulations will restrict the motor's rpm itself. The MR-04EVO2 fully complies with these new rpm regulations. The I.C.S. Setting Manager allows you to customize the motor to meet the regulations of each class.
