How to Use
1. Pass the sliding wheel on the side where the hook and loop fasteners is attached
2. Then stick the hook and loop fasteners to buckle the safety buckle
3. The restraint belt is wound to front and passes through sliding ring on the other side
4. The D ring buckle is inserted into the restraint belt and wrapped around fixed object
5. The restraint belt passes through the D ring buckle again to adjust the length
6. Turn the restraint belt and pass it under the right side of the Japanese shaped buckle
