2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Suzuki Chromatic Harmonica SCX Series Replacement Valve Set CHV-01 This is a replacement valve set to be used when replacing the valves of your chromatic harmonica (SCX series) by yourself.Can be used with SCX-48, SCX-56, and SCX-64 models.Valves are important parts that control the airflow inside a chromatic harmonica by opening and closing, and are related to the performance of the instrument.If you play a chromatic harmonica every day, you may run into problems with the valves.For example, the valve tends to stick to the reed plate due to adhesion of water vapor, saliva, or deterioration over time, causing stress when playing, or if you bent the valve during maintenance yourself, causing it to hang off the reed plate and not close, causing noise... In such cases, replace the valve.We will explain how to easily replace it.First, peel off the adhesively attached bulb you want to replace.At this time, the adhesive that was pasted will remain on the lead plate, so be sure to peel it off completely.*Remaining adhesive can be easily removed using a utility knife or the tip of a flathead screwdriver.Be careful not to let any adhesive debris get inside the harmonica when you remove it.Now, it's time to attach the new bulb with adhesive, being careful about the front and back sides.The surface of the bulb is glossy, but the back side where the adhesive is attached is coated with powder to prevent it from sticking to the reed plate.Please use this as a guideline.Apply adhesive in a square area relative to the width of the bulb, then attach it evenly to the edge of the reed plate window.It is easier to apply the adhesive by applying a small amount using a toothpick.(We recommend Cemedine SUPER●SCX series replacement valve set CHV-01 Compatible models: SCX series (SCX-48, SCX-56, SCX-64) Contents: 1 unit of each model
