The OCD is an extremely versatile drive pedal. Until now, there has been no pedal that can replace an amplifier. This is because when you drive a pedal too deep, you lose touch sensitivity and harmonics. If you can't use your own amplifier and are forced to use a pedal, this has been a constant problem. The OCD is a pedal designed to solve this problem.
In Ver. 2.0, a new switch has been added to the back panel to select between Enhanced Bypass and True Bypass. The Enhanced Bypass switch turns on the FET Buffer, preventing sound degradation caused by connecting multiple pedals even when the pedals are off. True Bypass is still selectable as before.
