The fan defaults to automatic mode upon startup and automatically shuts off after 15 seconds (as long as the internal temperature of the PS5 Slim console is below 42°C). If the internal temperature reaches 42°C while the cooling fan is in automatic mode, the automatic speed control function will begin based on the current temperature. The higher the temperature, the faster the fan will rotate, up to a maximum of 5500 RPM. When the temperature drops below 38°C, the fan will turn off. At the same time, the cooling fan can be switched between four modes: temperature-controlled automatic fan speed, manual low, medium, and high speed. This fan efficiently promotes exhaust airflow within the PS5 Slim console, reducing internal temperatures and providing an ideal solution for dissipating heat from a heated console.
[Equipped with USB 3.0 Port] The cooling fan housing for PS5 Slim has a built-in USB pass-through port, allowing you to continue charging other devices without needing a separate power adapter. The fan's USB port can be used without reducing the number of USB ports on the PS5 Slim. The built-in USB 3.0 port ensures high-speed data transfer.
