Product Introduction
Children's intellectual development is said to be at its most rapid by around age three. Building blocks lay the foundation for the skills they'll need to face new challenges in the future: flexible thinking, quick decision-making, and creative thinking.
Each block is carefully crafted in a Japanese workshop, ensuring children can play spontaneously and enjoy repeated play as they grow. We carefully select blocks with minimal chamfering to allow for higher stacks and ensure a sufficient number of blocks are available for various shapes.
Building blocks are a great way to play around age one, when children begin to let go of objects they've been grasping. First, pick up a square block and try squeezing it. This sparks interest in the new materials and shapes, and encourages them to create and play with them. Next, they can play with the sounds of the blocks and exchange "here you go" and "thank you" with their parents. It's also fun to stack them and then tear them down again and again. Once your child can stack about five squares, try adding other shapes like triangles to create slopes or rolling cylinders. Around age two, the range of play expands, with children collecting blocks of the same shape or color, lining them up to make houses, and tracing around the edges with a pencil.
Safety Warning
*Do not give to children under the recommended age. *Due to the characteristics of the material, each piece of wood has a unique appearance, color, and texture. Small sawdust from the chamfering process may remain on the corners due to the handmade construction.
