Introducing a new high-quality headphone amplifier from the FX-AUDIO brand, supporting two analog inputs.
Equipped with the TPA6120 current-feedback flyback headphone amplifier IC, it delivers the power and high sound quality to easily drive high-impedance headphones!
The TPA6120 headphone amplifier IC, which was well-received in the DAC-X6J, delivers delicate expression and powerful driving feel with its high slew rate, allowing you to enjoy it with an analog input.
This product will be released in the third batch on sale from January 28, 2022.
*Changes in the third batch
◆ Change in output filter resistor components
The output filter resistor components have been changed from DALE (1% accuracy) to high-precision resistor components with 0.1% accuracy.
The use of high-precision components reduces the output error of the left and right channels, improving sound quality, particularly the sense of positioning.
◆ Change in operational amplifier
The operational amplifier in the gain adjustment and buffer circuit has been changed from the OPA2604 to the LM4562.
The LM4562, which excels at modern sound reproduction and features high-resolution, clear sound, actually uses the same circuitry as the discontinued LME49720, which has seen its price soar.
Based on feedback from users, we have changed the character of the LME4562 from the glossy OPA2604 to the high-resolution, clear sound of the LM4562.
It is also an excellent match with the TPA6120 headphone amplifier IC.
Enjoy high-resolution, clear, and exhilarating sound.
