Abu Garcia's low-profile Revo series has been redesigned for the fifth generation. The ergonomically designed asymmetrical body prevents accidental clutch bar activation and allows for a firm grip when palming. A cam lock lever located at the bottom of the side plate prevents the lever's claw from protruding when in the "open" position, preventing you from forgetting to tighten the reel.

The STX is a high-grade Revo model featuring a 35mm spool and 10+1 bearings. Features a high-strength, durable DuraMetal frame and crank side plate. Two gear types are available: a standard 6.7:1 and a high-speed 8.1:1. A gullwing mechanism allows for spool changes and inspections without removing the side plate. Equipped with an IVCB6 (6-point centrifugal) brake system that is ideal for use with thicker lines.
