[Battery Installation (Replacement)] Batteries are sold separately. Please purchase the specified batteries and install them following the steps below before use. 1. Slide the ▼ mark on the mill unit's battery cover from locked to unlocked. 2. Pull the battery cover up to remove it. 3. Insert six new AAA batteries into the battery case, making sure the polarities are facing the correct way. 4. Place the battery cover over the mill, close it all the way down so that the ▼ mark aligns with the unlock position, and slide the ▼ mark from unlock to lock.

How to Use *Please clean the container before first use. 1. Add spices. (1) Turn the mill in the unlock direction to remove it from the container, and add spices until the container is approximately 80% full. (2) Place the mill over the container and turn it all the way in the lock direction to close it. *Do not overfill the container with spices. This may cause clogging or malfunction. *Can be used with spices around 2-5mm in size (rock salt, crystal salt, black pepper, white pepper, etc.). *Cannot be used with spices that contain moisture, oil, or skin, such as sesame, nuts, or pink pepper. 2. Adjust the coarseness. *Turning the adjustment knob clockwise will make the grind finer, and counterclockwise will make the grind coarser. 3. Grind the spices. (1) Tilt the grinder so that the blade is facing downwards. (2) When you're done grinding, stand the grinder upright. *If the grinder becomes clogged with spices, turn the adjustment knob counterclockwise to loosen it and remove the stuck spices. *If you are unable to remove the spices even after loosening the adjustment knob, remove the grinder from the container and point the blade downwards; the stuck spices may fall out.

Caution: The container is fragile, so handle with care. As this is a precision instrument, do not disassemble, drop, or subject to strong impacts. This mill is used to grind rock salt and pepper. This is not heat-resistant glass. Do not place directly in boiling water or boil it. Do not store it upright, as the grinder may activate. Cannot be used in microwaves or freezers. Do not use in dishwashers.
