The Grasshopper, an electric RC car inspired by the single-seater buggy that dominated American off-road racing, was born in 1984. Its easy-to-build design and powerful 380cc motor made it a hit. The realistic, one-piece molded body is crafted from impact-resistant polystyrene resin using the same precision molds as the scale model. A driver figure is also included for added character. Both parts can be painted with plastic model paints, allowing you to create your own unique color scheme. This 2WD buggy is perfect for both on-road and off-road fun, making it the perfect introduction to RC cars. RC mechanism (Expec GT-I or 2-channel radio with FET amplifier), receiver, speed controller, servo, and battery/charger (Tamiya 7.2V Racing Pack or various 7.2V Advanced Packs) are sold separately.
