KATO N Gauge E259 Series Narita Express Renewal Color Basic Set 3 Cars 10-1933 Model Train

This product is based on the Ne005 train belonging to the Kamakura Rolling Stock Center. The new silver-based lead car design is beautifully reproduced, including the distinctive "E259 SERIES" logo. Signal flares, train telephone antenna, and protective radio antenna are recreated with separate parts. The headlights are modeled after the actual train, with white HID lamps at the top and warm white shield beams in the middle. Additionally, red taillights are illuminated at the bottom (with a switch to turn them off). Uses a slotless motor (when coupled with previous models, running may be unstable due to differences in motor characteristics). The intermediate coupling is equipped with a body-mounted KATO close-coupled coupler (with hook) as standard. The inter-car damper is recreated. The lead car's cab side is equipped with a KATO close-coupled coupler (without hook) and includes an electric coupler. A front door (opening) part is also included, allowing for coupling of two trains together. The side destination signs are black and include included destination sign stickers. The basic set is an affordable best selection, perfect for beginners to N gauge.

The 3-car add-on set comes in a 6-car bookcase that can store the contents of the basic set (3 cars) with the connecting doors attached.
