On soft ground, you can also procure tree branches locally and make your own thumb-thick wooden pegs. Learn ropework! Please note: This tarp is made of 100% cotton, so please be sure to take precautions against mold and insect damage when using and storing it. After use, dry it thoroughly and take measures to prevent insects in an environment with as low humidity as possible.
