Each Set Booster contains 12 Magic cards and one art card.
The Magic cards are broken down as follows:
1-4 rare or higher cards, 3-7 uncommon cards, 3-7 common cards, and 1 land.
The land slots have a 20% chance of containing a foil land and a 30% chance of containing a showcase land.
There is a 10% chance of containing a "signature" version, featuring the artist's foil signature instead of the art card.
There's a 25% chance to find a special bonus card from Magic's history.
