How to Use: Moisten bare feet with an appropriate amount of water. Spray foot shampoo onto the top of the foot 2-3 times, aiming for the instep. Rub your feet together, taking care not to slip, and then rinse thoroughly with water. * Hold onto a support to avoid slipping. * For more thorough care, gently massage with your hands while the foam is still there.
