How to Use: Heel Patch 1. Wash the area where you want to apply the patch thoroughly and dry it completely. 2. Remove the patch and remove the white cover at the center of the back of the product. 3. Place the patch horizontally on your heel, securing it tightly with the long side. Wrap the flaps around the heel to adhere. 4. Remove after 2 hours.
