Product Introduction
Asuka Model 1/35 British Sherman II Early Model El Alamein 1942 Plastic Model 35-014
This model is based on the early M4A1, the first British Sherman to see combat, featuring a direct-view visor in front of the driver's seat.
The upper hull, which differs from mid-model and later models, is newly developed, and the direct-view visor's complex opening is recreated using 3D processing.
The very early vertical suspension features a foam rubber cushion built into the bogie for realistic movement.
The very early main gun also includes a different muzzle taper.
The M2 heavy machine gun features the D69820 cradle commonly found on early Shermans, available for the first time as an injection kit.
Features include parts characteristic of British Shermans in North Africa, such as a large sand shield, a "houseboat" base, and water tanks on the fenders.
Photo-etched parts are used for the engine grille and other parts.
Two types of air cleaners are included.
Includes a British tank crew figure.
The headphones and microphone are reproduced as separate parts.
The figure is sculpted by Kazuya Yoshioka.
Includes three types of markings, depicting the British army in North Africa, focusing on the Battle of El Alamein.
High-quality decals are printed by Cartograf.
