Instructions for Use

For a better customer experience with the product, please be sure to read the product instructions. Before repairing, fully inflate the tire and observe the size of the puncture to select the appropriate tire repair plug model. Small size: suitable for punctures within 0.1-3 mm. Large size: suitable for punctures within 3-5 mm. The tire is divided into three parts: 1: Tread Groove, 2: Crown, 3: Sidewall.

Repair methods for different locations:

01 Tread Groove Repair: Screw the repair plug in until it is 0.5 mm below the tread groove surface. 02 Crown Repair: Screw the repair plug in until it is level with the tread groove. 03 Sidewall Repair: Screw the repair plug in until it is 0.5 mm below the sidewall surface. 04 Penetrating Object Puncture Repair: Screw the repair plug in along the direction of the puncture.

Precautions

Puncture diameter larger than 5 mm (~3/16 inch); Angle of penetration greater than 45 degrees; Tread is worn smooth or the tire is severely aged. Please use other repair methods; for your safety, tire replacement is recommended. If the puncture exceeds the repairable standards and air leakage persists after repair, the product can be removed. Using another method for a secondary repair will not be affected.
