[How to Use] ＜As an eyeshadow base＞ Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a grain of rice) on the back of your hand, then use your ring finger to gently tap the product over your entire eyelid, blending it in. Then apply eyeshadow. If you use foundation, apply Fix & Moist Eye Primer on top. ＜To cover dullness on the lower eyelid＞ Applying this before foundation or concealer will help create a beautiful base makeup look while adding moisture and a brightening effect. ＜For touch-ups＞ Fix makeup under the eyes and on the outer corners of your eyes where foundation smudging or dryness is a concern.
