While wooden cutting boards are typically about 3cm thick, we've reduced this thickness to half that, at 1.5cm, making this cutting and serving board lighter. The addition of a grip also makes this cutting board extremely convenient for carrying cut ingredients directly from the board to a pot or washing them in the sink. Adding a grip to this cutting board, an essential tool for everyday cooking, and reducing its weight has made it even more user-friendly. To prevent the black stains, discoloration, and cracking that are typical of cutting boards, the sides of the cutting board are impregnated with a prepolymer paint. Please avoid using the dishwasher.
