Nemesis Prime R5 is a collaboration between Canon Inc. and the Good Design Award-winning mirrorless camera "EOSR5." This robot-transforming model transforms from the original "EOSR5" mirrorless camera into the robot mode. This Transformer, modeled after the Autobot leader Optimus Prime R5, resembles his shadowy alter-ego. In reality, a camera imbued with the power of the Allspark has transformed into a new super-robotic lifeform, wielding the fighting abilities of a humanoid body to protect itself. This fearsome warrior combines the intelligence and strength of Optimus Prime with the cold-bloodedness and fierceness of a Decepticon. The "EOSR5 Mode" camera mode is recreated at 80% scale, and the camera body and lens are detachable, just like a real camera. While photography is not permitted, the design of the camera itself has been meticulously recreated. In robot mode, "Nemesis Prime R5," the iconic design features a lens located on the chest, and the entire figure is black! Accessories include an AllSpark that can be scattered across the chest and an EOS R5 handheld (mini EOS R5) that can be held in the hand.
