This thermostatic valve protects water-jacket fireplaces from the risk of water boiling in the central heating system.
The thermal discharge safety device is required for variable flame boilers and solid fuel heating installations. The STS20S discharge safety device is a pressure-independent valve activated by the temperature of the medium at the heat source outlet. At 97°C (+/- 2°C), the discharge of domestic water from the heater opens. This prevents the temperature from rising above 110°C (maximum opening). The thermal discharge safety device is manufactured in accordance with DIN 3440.

EXPANSION VESSEL WITH AUTOMATIC REFILL VALVE
This is a hydraulic protection for water-jacket fireplaces.
Its task is to balance changes in water volume caused by temperature fluctuations. The tank is connected to the piping system and receives water from the heating system when its volume increases due to rising temperature.
The vessel is made of stainless steel sheet.

ANTI-CONDENSATION FLANGE
Used for steel pipes fi 200
The flange has a double-walled design and seals the exit from the fireplace flue to the chimney. This way, condensate formed due to temperature changes in the chimney flows into the fireplace, where it is heated and evaporated. Water dripping from the chimney does not escape outside the chimney system, preventing corrosion and avoiding the appearance of leaks in fireplace welds.
NOTE! The flange fits only 2 mm sheet metal pipes.
