Hasami ware This is a type of ceramic produced near Hasami Town in the north-central part of Nagasaki Prefecture. With a history spanning over 400 years, it was long sold as "Arita ware," but until recently, its name was rarely seen in public. Its distinctive features are the beauty of its white porcelain and the delicate blue-and-white porcelain technique, which has been continuously refined to suit the times, producing tableware for the common people.

Using a chipped or cracked product may cause an unexpected accident, so never continue using it. ・Do not use over an open flame or in an oven. ・When using in a microwave, this product will become hot after cooking, so please be careful not to burn yourself when handling it. ・When cleaning, avoid soaking the product. Instead, immediately remove any dirt and dry thoroughly before storing. ・Do not scrub hard with metal scrubbing pads or cleansers, as this may scratch the surface. ・Use in a dishwasher according to the instructions for the appliance.
