The clutch has been strengthened with increased clutch weights (from 8 teeth in 4 locations to 32 teeth). (50cc stock vehicles have 16 teeth in 4 locations). This product is a crankshaft-mounted clutch, just like the stock clutch. Therefore, installing it on a high-revving, high-output engine will put strain on the clutch and crankshaft.
