Comprehensive Hardware and Audio Performance Befitting a High-End Model Professional 24-bit/96kHz Linear PCM Recorder The DR-100MKII is a 24-bit/96kHz linear PCM recorder, the high-end model in our handheld recorder lineup. By leveraging our long history as a professional recording equipment brand and incorporating feedback from the field, we have created a mature recorder worthy of being called a "high-end handheld recorder." Its greatest feature is its comprehensive hardware configuration, inherited from the previous DR-100 model. The large, independent left and right rotary input volume knobs, measuring the same size as the body, allow for precise adjustments. Of course, you can also adjust the left and right level differences. Six mechanical switches provide reliable operation and speedy setup. In addition to a digital input located on the side of the unit, the line output is independent from the headphone output, enabling high-quality line output not possible with a combined jack. In addition to an unbalanced line input, the external input features a locking XLR input jack for secure connection, supporting +4dBu line-level input. 20dB of headroom is provided, making it compatible with audio output from broadcast video and audio equipment.
