Staub
Founded in Alsace, France's leading gourmet capital. Their kitchenware, crafted with traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology, has earned them countless fans, from famous restaurant owners to everyday households.
Staub's signature product is its cast iron pot, designed for waterless cooking. Currently exported to approximately 50 countries around the world, including Europe, Japan, and the United States, it enjoys widespread popularity.
Wood-Handle Frying Pan
This Staub cast iron frying pan produces deliciously fragrant simmered food. The textured surface increases the surface area, allowing for better absorption of oil and reducing contact with food, preventing it from burning. Its excellent heat conductivity and heat retention allow you to cook with minimal heat, ensuring food stays fresh even when served directly on the stove.

■Care Instructions■
First, fill with hot water and wash. After that, dry it over low heat and
apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the inside of the pot. Heat it again over low heat for a few minutes,
and wipe off any excess oil with a cloth or paper towel.
The oil will soak into the pores of the enamel, naturally smoothing the surface.
Perform the above maintenance steps occasionally.
The pot is now ready to use.
