●How to Care for the Mirror Shield (Precautions for Use) ・If the shield becomes dirty, remove any dust or other debris with running water and wash with diluted neutral detergent. After rinsing, wipe with a soft cloth. ・Do not use organic or volatile solvents such as thinner. When using commercially available cleaners, check the ingredients carefully. ・Leaving dirt on the shield for long periods of time may damage the coating. ・Avoid high temperatures when storing, and check the condition of the shield before using it. ・Mirror shields have reduced transmittance and appear darker. Do not use them when driving at night. For night driving, use a clear shield without a mirror coating.

●Major Causes of Detachment ・Using Liquids with High Penetration Power Solution: Do not use liquids with high penetration power. After the mirror shield is coated, the coating is covered with a micro-powder. If you use liquids with high penetration power, such as parts cleaners, insect repellents, anti-fog chemicals, or acidic liquids, the liquid will penetrate the powder and cause the deposition to peel. In addition, rubbing the shield with a cloth, glove, or other item that has been contaminated with these liquids may cause similar deposition to peel. ※Do not use silicone grease on any surface other than the surface it is attached to.
