Washing and Care: Wash at a temperature not exceeding 30°C / Do not bleach / Do not tumble dry / Iron at a maximum temperature not exceeding 110°C / Do not soak / Lay flat to dry / Wash dark and light colors separately / Slight fading of dark colors after the first two washes is normal. We do not provide after-sales service for unsuccessful washes (such as staining or shrinkage).
Warm Reminder: Slight pilling is normal for wool/cashmere clothing. Please avoid contact with hard objects. Regarding pilling: Our wool and cashmere sweaters have been tested by a national professional testing agency and have a pilling resistance rate exceeding national standards. Pilling is generally not expected with daily wear and washing without excessive friction. If there is some pilling (possibly due to fiber tangling caused by contact with other materials, not inherent pilling), do not pull it; simply cut it with scissors. Minor pilling will naturally break apart during washing. (Partial pilling is normal and not a quality issue. Please understand.)
Storage Instructions: Before storing, wash and air dry, iron flat, and fold into a box or bag. Do not hang it to prevent vertical deformation. Do not store in the same bag with other products. Store in a dark, ventilated, and dry place. Keep moth-proofing measures in place during storage. Do not allow moth repellent to come into direct contact with the product.
