Instructions Plug into a USB power supply; the red LED on the board will light to indicate normal power. You can measure the input current with a USB ammeter or by inserting a multimeter in series. Turn the potentiometer clockwise until it stops; you will hear a “click,” indicating it has reached the end of travel. At this point the input constant current is about 3 A, and the power reaches a maximum of 15 W. Likewise, turn the potentiometer fully counterclockwise to reduce the power to 0. Use the potentiometer to set the desired test power. The fan turns on automatically at 40°C; do not touch the blades.
