This model is recreated as it appeared in its final years, when it was taken over by JR East and assigned to Tabata Depot. C' antenna mounting holes pre-drilled (antenna parts are user-installed). The taillights are recreated using a modified external mounting type. The driver's cab is depicted as being see-through. H-rubbers are recreated in gray. Front handrail (vertical) is included as a separate part. The release lever is attached as a separate part and the license plate is included as a separate part (EF62-41, 43, 46, 54). The headlights are equipped with a constant-on circuit board. The headlights are illuminated by warm white LEDs and have an ON-OFF switch. Signal flares, whistle, and whistle cover are included as separate parts. Flywheel-equipped power unit, black bogie frame, and black wheels. Box-type wheels. 3-axle drive per bogie for a total of 6 axles. Dummy coupler and automatic TN coupler included. M-13 motor.
